Do I need to be a Costco member to have an eye exam?

Does insurance cover my exam?

Do you accept all payment types?

We accept payment in cash, credit/debit card, and non-contact payments, like Apple Pay. For credit/debit cards, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept HSA/FSA.

We currently participate with United Healthcare Vision (Spectera), BlueCross BlueShield, Mass General Brigham, and Medicare. Should you have a different vision insurance or medical insurance provider, we will provide all the necessary documentation needed to seek reimbursement.

NO! You do not need a Costco membership to be a patient in our office. However, if you plan to purchase eyeglasses or contact lenses through Costco Optical, you will need a Costco membership to purchase.

Anyone! We see patients of all ages, including young children. Whether you are looking for a new glasses prescription, want to wear contact lenses for the first time, or need a medical issue evaluated, we can and will meet your visual needs for you and the entire family.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Absolutely! If you need a same-day appointment, please email us at patrioteyecare@gmail.comcall the office, or check our appointment availability here. We are always happy to see same-day appointments or walk-in appointments to ensure your vision needs are met!

I'm having issues with my prescription.
What should I do?

Don't fret! Our goal is to always provide clear, comfortable vision in your glasses and/or contact lenses. After trying out your prescription for a few days, if you are still experiencing issues, please email us at patrioteyecare@gmail.com to schedule a follow-up appointment to refine your prescription.
